We do not typically issue refunds. ALL sales are final. We may, at our discretion, make exceptions with this rule. However, We may not be able to solve every question asked of us in our homework help services. If we are unable to answer your questions, our Homework Help Guarantee states we will promptly issue a refund for the partial amount equivalent to the portion of problem(s) where solutions could not be delivered. No refunds are awarded for failure to submit homework questions. Some solutions may require more than our standard 24 hour service. Refunds are not awarded for solutions that take longer than 24 hours. Homework Help - Now! offers a $5 refund for solutions that require longer than 1 hour to complete.

On a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned, we might consider the refund (excluding the shipping & handling charge if shipped, and 20% restocking fee may also be applied) or issue a store credit if the reasons for the request are well justified, such as a product is not usable or defected. To do so, please send a refund request to Mr. Science Teacher® we should have your case resolved within 48 hours. If approved, you must satisfy the following:
  1. All physical course materials received must be returned at its original mint condition, unopened, back to Mr. Science Teacher.®
  2. Items must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition.
  3. Items must be sent back within 30 days of your original receipt of the item.
  4. You must first contact us for a return authorization number (RMA)
  5. Merchandise must be carefully packed for shipping.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will NOT be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items that qualified for free shipping will be charged a 10% shipping/handling fee. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee applies. Any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the shipping address or any packages refused will be refunded less actual shipping and handling charges. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 48 hours from delivery date or no refund will be given. We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning merchandise. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

For a fraudulent use of a credit card, please contact your credit card company and file a claim with them. We proudly use PayPal® and do not store any credit card data of our customers.
